About the Role
Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation) is seeking a passionate and driven Volunteer - Partnerships & Sponsorship to support our mission of serving, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for people living in underserved communities in Nigeria. Operating primarily out of Abuja and Port Harcourt, our foundation drives transformative community programs under the core motto: Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love. If you are eager to build meaningful corporate relationships and contribute to social impact, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and pitch potential corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners to support foundation projects.
- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and partnership agreements tailored to prospective stakeholders.
- Maintain and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners, donors, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the communications and events teams to align sponsorship deliverables and ensure brand visibility for partners.
- Represent ETRO Foundation at networking events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to promote our community initiatives.
- Open to students, recent graduates, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs passionate about social impact and non-profit work.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment across Abuja and Port Harcourt.
- High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference in underserved communities.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or public relations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Gain hands-on experience in non-profit management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
