About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Volunteer Event Planning and Coordination professional to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in organizing impactful charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs designed to raise awareness and support for our noble cause.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs from conception to completion.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and equipment coordination.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop engaging event themes, schedules, and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for attendees, donors, and beneficiaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and post-event feedback reports.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about community development, social impact, and charity work.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced non-profit environment.
  • Must be available to participate in physical activities and events located in Lagos or Abuja.
