We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Community Mobilizers to join our mission of transforming healthcare accessibility and education at the grassroots level. In this volunteer role, you will serve as a vital link between our digital health platform and local communities, helping individuals navigate and embrace modern e-health solutions for better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support community outreach programs and health awareness campaigns across Lagos
- Assist new users with platform onboarding, navigation, and digital health tool adoption
- Promote preventive health education, healthy lifestyle choices, and early disease detection
- Support on-ground events, workshops, and health drives organized by Excel Health Med
- Gather community feedback to help improve our AI-driven healthcare services
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and deep respect for patient privacy
- Basic awareness of safeguarding principles and community safety
- Exceptional professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, accountability, and self-motivation
