About the Role
Neo Homes Limited is a rapidly growing property development and management company based in Abuja, committed to delivering quality homes and functional spaces. We are looking for a talented and driven Videographer to capture the essence of our modern developments and support our aggressive marketing and sales objectives across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content including property tours, walkthroughs, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and gimbals effectively during on-site shoots in Abuja.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Create trendy, short-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative storyboards, scripts, and production schedules.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of raw footage and completed projects while properly caring for production gear.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional videography and video editing experience, preferably within the real estate or lifestyle sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Demonstrated expertise in camera operation, lighting setup, and professional audio recording techniques.
- Deep understanding of current social media video trends, algorithms, and vertical formatting requirements.
- Must provide a strong, verifiable portfolio showcasing previous commercial or real estate videography projects.
