About the Role
Epheezy Model Management is a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate Videographer who can bring our models' portfolios and agency events to life through compelling visual storytelling. If you have an eye for fashion, a passion for the creative industry, and technical expertise in videography, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Shoot high-quality promotional videos, model portfolio reels, and behind-the-scenes footage for agency events and castings.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, photographers, and modeling directors to plan and execute video concepts.
- Manage the entire post-production process, including video editing, color grading, sound design, and formatting for various social media platforms.
- Maintain and organize all video equipment, lighting gear, and digital assets efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with current videography and social media video trends within the fashion and entertainment industry.
- Proven professional experience as a Videographer, Director of Photography, or similar role, preferably within the fashion or modeling industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting, camera operation, and creative storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously in Lagos Mainland.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct models and talents comfortably on camera.
