About the Role
Del-York Group, a leading full-scale media, marketing, and communications company, is looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, professional-quality video content that aligns seamlessly with our brand vision and marketing objectives. You will manage the entire post-production process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Edit raw footage into engaging, professional-quality videos for web, social media, and broadcast platforms.
- Apply advanced post-production techniques including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to storyboards, shot lists, and overall visual styles.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- Optimize video content for various digital channels and mobile devices ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and organize project assets, troubleshoot technical issues, and establish best editing workflows.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a video editor in a media or agency environment.
- Proven expertise in industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling skills with a demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
- Deep understanding of media formats, codecs, and platform-specific video optimization.
