EbeleChukwu Group of Schools is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Vice School Principal for one of our four thriving school campuses in Nkpor, Anambra State, Nigeria. As our Vice School Principal, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of academic excellence, fostering a safe and peaceful learning environment, and helping us eliminate classroom boredom through innovative leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional instructional and administrative leadership to students, teachers, and parents within a vibrant and fast-growing school community in Southeast Nigeria.
- Supervise the implementation and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring strict compliance with National Curriculum requirements and the educational policies of EbeleChukwu Group of Schools.
- Cultivate a safe, peaceful, and inclusive school culture that reflects our core values and maintains the highest standards of cultural integrity.
- Collaborate with the Principal and school management to monitor student progress, enhance teaching methodologies, and support teacher professional development.
- Engage actively with all stakeholders to promote school spirit, drive student enrollment initiatives, and maintain transparent communication channels.
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed).
- An advanced degree and/or recognized professional certification in educational leadership or school management is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in school leadership or senior administrative roles within a recognized educational institution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and modern educational technology tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective, collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
