We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President & Profit Centre Head to lead our Wheat Milling and Pasta business based in Iganmu, Lagos, driving strategic growth and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Wheat Milling and Pasta profit centre, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, optimize supply chain efficiencies, and drive continuous operational improvement across the facility.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams spanning production, sales, finance, and supply chain.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the Nigerian and regional agribusiness sectors.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Extensive senior leadership experience within the FMCG, manufacturing, milling, or large-scale agribusiness sector.
- Proven track record of managing a major profit centre with demonstrable success in P&L accountability and revenue growth.
