About the Role
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, a leading indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturer with over 40 years of excellence, is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator (Engineering Technician) to join our dynamic engineering team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain air-conditioning systems, chillers, and assigned utility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and participate in annual maintenance shutdowns.
- Respond promptly to utility changeovers and troubleshoot equipment faults to minimize factory downtime.
- Coordinate with engineering contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs and technical support.
- Maintain accurate daily equipment operation charts and update weekly equipment history logs.
- Relevant technical or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Demonstrated practical experience in operating industrial chillers and HVAC systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and workplace safety standards.
