About the Role
Dokitami is a leading digital healthcare and wellness company delivering premium health, wellness, and weight-loss solutions across Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to bridge the gap between aesthetic visual design and high-converting digital interfaces. In this role, you will help shape our digital presence, ensuring that every asset communicates trust, clarity, and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-converting Meta and Instagram static and carousel ad creatives optimized for lead acquisition and strong return on ad spend.
- Create user-friendly, responsive interfaces for landing pages, sales funnels, lead generation forms, and client portals.
- Enforce Dokitami's visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and typography.
- Produce multi-channel marketing assets including email visuals, presentation pitch decks, and print-ready collateral.
- Build structured wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring seamless developer handoff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, media buyers, and developers to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern digital design tools.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and performance marketing creatives.
- Solid grasp of mobile-first responsive design, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both creative graphic design and functional UI/UX design projects.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Competitive monthly compensation of ₦350,000 comprising a ₦300,000 base salary and a ₦50,000 work support allowance.
- Structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.
