Key Responsibilities- Investigate, research, and report on newsworthy events with accuracy and impartiality
- Conduct interviews and gather information from primary and secondary sources
- Produce compelling television news segments and feature stories
- Meet editorial deadlines while maintaining high journalistic standards
- Collaborate with editorial teams to develop story angles and narratives
- Verify facts and ensure balanced, unbiased reporting on assigned stories
- Engage with audiences across digital and broadcast platforms
- Adapt content for various media formats and audience demographics
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in television journalism or news reporting
- Demonstrated expertise in news gathering, interviewing, and story development
- Strong command of English language with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in news production software and broadcasting equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of Nigerian news landscape and current affairs
- Proximity to Ikeja is advantageous
