In this role, you will be instrumental in designing seamless travel experiences, managing flight reservations, and providing top-tier support to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities- Search and recommend suitable domestic and international flights based on clients’ needs and budgets.
- Make and manage flight reservations, issue airline tickets, and prepare custom travel itineraries.
- Process flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and ticket exchanges in accordance with airline policies.
- Advise clients on baggage allowances, travel documentation, airport procedures, and airline requirements.
- Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and other operational changes to provide proactive support.
- Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional travel services including hotels, airport transfers, travel insurance, and tours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring compliance with airline rules and company policies.
- Proven experience in airline reservation, ticketing, and Global Distribution System (GDS) proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of fare calculation, itinerary planning, and travel regulations.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
