In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating, managing, and executing daily travel operations to ensure flawless service delivery for our local and international clients. Key Responsibilities- Process flight reservations and issue tickets using GDS platforms while coordinating hotel bookings, airport transfers, and bespoke travel packages.
- Manage visa support processes, travel documentation verification, and ensure adherence to transit and passport regulations.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues while maintaining high accuracy across all travel itineraries.
- Liaise proactively with airlines, hotels, embassies, and ground transport providers to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and conducting post-travel follow-ups.
- Maintain vendor relationships, track supplier invoices, and update internal systems with precise operational data and reports.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Travel and Tourism Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of proven experience in travel agency operations, airline reservations, or corporate travel management.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre alongside strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
