About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Management Officer to join our dynamic Corporate and Investment Banking team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of syndicated and bilateral loans, ensuring proper post-disbursement execution to mitigate operational risks. Key Responsibilities- Support business units in structuring transactions and ensuring seamless execution from disbursement to final maturity.
- Monitor the fulfillment of Conditions Precedent (CPs) to drawdown and coordinate sign-offs across Business, Credit, and Legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and debt obligations for Development Finance Institutions and Federal Government special funding schemes.
- Administer special funding schemes such as CACS, NIRSAL, BOI, MSMEDF, and RSSF with high precision.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial ratio reports and covenant breach notifications to ALCO and Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CIMA, ICAN, or ACA are an added advantage.
- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in financial services or banking, specifically within loans administration or middle office functions.
