Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and deliver technical training programmes for engineers, service technicians, and graduate trainees.
- Design structured curricula to build technical knowledge, practical skills, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Provide hands-on and classroom-based training covering heavy machinery operation, maintenance, servicing, and repair.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted intervention plans.
- Develop and maintain training manuals, technical guides, presentations, and practical evaluation materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations to ensure complete comprehension of complex equipment systems and components.
- Administer technical assessments and competency evaluations to measure trainee progress and readiness.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Stay updated on new equipment models, technologies, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, After-Sales, Engineering, HR, and Operations teams.
- Bachelor degree, HND, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy machinery servicing, maintenance, and engineering.
- Proven background in training engineers, technicians, or graduate trainees in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction machinery, cranes, mining equipment, or related heavy assets.
- Strong knowledge of equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills for both classroom and field settings.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, service locations, and training centres as required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage.
