Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance, calibration, functional checks, and lifecycle management of tools and technical equipment.
- Manage digital warehouse inventory systems, stock reconciliations, and equipment dispatch workflows.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement tracking, and temporary import and export activities for regional projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Tool Center personnel, ensuring optimal workload balancing and performance.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including 5S, LOTO, and PPE compliance.
- Drive CAPEX planning, budgeting, and continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service, workshop environments, or tooling management.
- 5+ years of logistics experience, including familiarity with temporary imports and exports.
- Demonstrated success in leading technical personnel and managing complex inventories.
- Strong proficiency in digital warehouse systems and procurement coordination.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with fluent English proficiency.
