In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our live commerce presence, optimizing broadcast performance, and driving customer acquisition through engaging TikTok live streams.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, configure, and manage live streaming sessions, software, and hardware to ensure uninterrupted, high-definition broadcast quality.
- Coordinate live schedules, monitor audience behavior, manage live room moderation, and support hosts for smooth operations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Live advertising campaigns while monitoring ROI, CPL, and organic traffic growth.
- Track critical metrics including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and GMV, delivering comprehensive performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, sales teams, and customer service to streamline the conversion funnel from ads to sales.
- Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Live or comparable live commerce and streaming platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency in live broadcasting software, backend systems, and digital advertising tools like TikTok Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, interpret metrics, and implement actionable optimization strategies.
- Prior background in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or renewable energy sectors is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp sales workflows to enhance customer conversion.
