About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Terminal Manager to oversee our client's transport terminal operations in Delta State. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily activities, maintaining high safety standards, protecting revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, coordinating vehicle departures, arrivals, and passenger movement.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and operational personnel to ensure high productivity and discipline.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and risk management procedures.
- Monitor ticketing, cash collections, expenses, and financial documentation for complete accountability.
- Handle and resolve passenger complaints professionally to maintain a positive terminal environment.
- Liaise regularly with the Operations Team and Management to provide detailed performance and incident reports.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Current residency in Delta State is strongly preferred.
