About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting, a premier financial and business advisory firm in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Terminal Manager on behalf of our client in the transport and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the company's terminal operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, excellent customer service, safety, revenue protection, and efficient coordination of staff, drivers, passengers, and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, coordinating vehicle departures, arrivals, passenger movement, boarding, and scheduling.
- Ensure passengers receive professional, timely, and courteous service while swiftly resolving any operational complaints.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and operational personnel to promote teamwork, accountability, and high productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and risk management protocols.
- Monitor ticketing, collections, expenses, and overall financial activities to guarantee accurate documentation and reporting to management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven relevant experience in transportation, logistics, terminal, fleet, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational demands.
