Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain electrical and computer engineering laboratories, ensuring all equipment is fully operational and safe for student use.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students and faculty members during practical laboratory sessions and research projects.
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, and specialized engineering instruments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of laboratory tools, components, and consumable materials, initiating reorders as necessary.
- Enforce strict laboratory safety protocols and compliance standards in alignment with institutional policies.
- Collaborate with academic staff to design and prepare experimental setups for undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.
- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven practical experience in laboratory management, equipment maintenance, and technical support services within an educational or industrial setting.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills regarding electronic and computer systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse students and academic faculty.
