Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand lessons in Technical Drawing to secondary school students.
- Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Prepare students effectively for internal examinations as well as external assessments like SSCE.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and extra support where necessary.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree, NCE, or equivalent qualification in Education, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in Technical Drawing within a recognized secondary school setting.
- Strong command of both manual drafting techniques and modern computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
