Having successfully trained over 70,000 individuals and assisted numerous organizations in structuring their business data, we are expanding our academic support team. We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join us as Technical Data Associates across various specializations including Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Science, Agile Project Management, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Product Design, and HR Analysis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of tech talent by providing world-class academic support and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Support learning delivery within your specific area of specialization by assisting learners with complex projects, practical assessments, and daily technical challenges.
- Provide prompt, expert technical guidance and mentorship to learners to ensure deep comprehension of course materials.
- Review learner assignments, projects, and deliverables, offering constructive and actionable feedback.
- Support daily program operations and collaborate with instructors to monitor participant engagement and academic progress.
- Help ensure participants successfully progress through their training journey and are adequately prepared for top-rated employability sessions.
- Proven expertise in one of our available specializations such as Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Science, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Previous experience in a teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or technical support role will be a distinct advantage.
