About the Role
Abelinis Limited is a leading experiential marketing and outsourcing company committed to delivering excellence through innovative field operations, strategic manpower deployment, and result-driven sales execution. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Technical Assistant Engineer to bridge the gap between technical site operations and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Visit active construction and building sites within assigned locations to deliver reliable technical support and services.
- Identify, generate, and document high-potential business leads directly from site visits.
- Seamlessly handover qualified leads to the Field Sales team for rapid fulfilment and deal closure.
- Ensure all generated leads are verified, genuinely needed by clients, and capable of being fulfilled within a 72-hour window.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of site visits, client interactions, and daily activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager to execute essential field-related technical and operational tasks.
- Perform other assigned operational duties aligned with company growth objectives.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Solid foundational understanding of construction processes, building materials, and active site operations.
- Previous field sales, site engineering, or technical support experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and professional client-engagement abilities.
