Fadac Resources is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Team Member specializing in Sandwich Preparation to join our fast-paced culinary environment in Lagos. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our daily operations, ensuring that every customer receives fresh, high-quality food served with a warm and professional smile. Key Responsibilities- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items efficiently and according to exact recipe standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized prep station, counter, and kitchen area throughout the shift.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and prompt customer service, taking orders accurately and addressing guest inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure rapid order fulfillment during peak business hours.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients, reporting low stock items to management promptly to prevent shortages.
- Age requirement between 19 and 25 years old.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- Zero to one year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and passionately customer-focused.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working at a fast pace.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute daily to Ikoyi or Marina.
- Competitive monthly salary of NGN 85,000.
