Fadac Resources is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Team Member (Pizza Maker) to join our client's dynamic culinary team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional food and service to our valued customers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake high-quality pizzas following precise recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, including equipment and dining areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries warmly.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to ensure quick order turnaround times.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Aged between 19 and 25 years old.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and inherently customer-focused.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working at a fast pace.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Ikoyi or Marina, Lagos.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦85,000.

- An attractive ₦25,000 mid-month incentive awarded after 3 months of successful probation.
