Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages and other menu items according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
- Greet all customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash or digital transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, including the coffee bar, seating area, and equipment.
- Educate customers on menu items, special promotions, and coffee blends with enthusiasm and deep product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of restocking needs proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and possessing a strong customer-first mindset.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute daily to Ikoyi or Marina, Lagos.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦85,000.
