About the Role
Filmhouse Limited is a dynamic film exhibition company recognized for excellence in cinema operations, development consultancy, and film distribution across Nigeria. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ad-Hoc Team Members to support daily cinema operations during the busy festive season. This temporary engagement runs from November 2026 to January 2027 across multiple locations including Lagos, Ondo, Kwara, Edo, and Oyo states. Please note that this is a short-term contract position and not permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting moviegoers.
- Support ticketing, admissions, and concession sales operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cinema halls and lobby areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily cinema workflows during peak festive periods.
- Fresh graduates, candidates awaiting NYSC, or those who have completed their service year.
- OND or HND holders from accredited institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure entertainment environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment is an added advantage.
- Valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic entertainment and hospitality sector.
