Key Responsibilities- Support lead teachers with daily classroom management and instructional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and projects accurately and punctually.
- Provide targeted academic and emotional support to students requiring extra attention.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to maintain a clean, organized, and positive learning environment.
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Prior working experience in a recognized educational or school setting is a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of modern classroom management techniques and lesson preparation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
