Key Responsibilities- Assist lead teachers in preparing engaging daily lesson plans, classroom materials, and educational aids.
- Support individual students or small groups with targeted learning activities to reinforce classroom instruction.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to effective learning and play.
- Monitor student behavior, encourage positive social interactions, and assist with classroom management.
- Participate in school activities, extracurricular events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, grading assignments, and tracking student progress.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification, NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children in a recognized educational or childcare setting is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills tailored for young learners.
