Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in the relevant subject area to diverse learners.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, schemes of work, and innovative teaching materials.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school disciplinary standards.
- Encourage active student participation, critical thinking, and a passion for academic excellence.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, meetings, and community events.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant subject-related field.
- Professional teaching certification (e.g., TRCN) is a strong advantage.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable school environment.
