Flytime Promotions Ltd is looking for a dynamic and dedicated volunteer to join our team as a Talent - Artist Support, Backstage Coordination professional in Nigeria. Since 2004, we have redefined entertainment, branding, and public relations, continuously pushing industry boundaries. As a key player backstage, you will ensure seamless operations for top-tier artists and performers, contributing to the flawless execution of our high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated hospitality and support to performing artists and their management teams throughout the event lifecycle.
- Coordinate backstage schedules, dressing room preparations, and artist transport logistics to ensure punctuality.
- Act as the primary liaison between artists, stage managers, and event production teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a secure, organized, and professional backstage environment, restricting unauthorized access.
- Assist with talent check-ins, rehearsals, and cueing artists for stage entrances.
- Relevant qualifications and prior experience in event management, artist relations, or hospitality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and time management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Passionate about the Nigerian entertainment industry and live event production.
