About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply and Demand Planning Manager to oversee our end-to-end planning ecosystem, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and optimal inventory levels across all our plants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly demand review and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
- Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts, production plans, and replenishment schedules using historical data and market intelligence.
- Monitor and control raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and obsolete stock.
- Ensure inventory and data accuracy by validating Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity and supporting periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with Direct Procurement to optimize inbound material flow and align volume requirements with production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing ERP/MRP usage, identifying supply chain risks, and implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of robust experience in production planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIPM, or an advanced degree (MBA/MSc) will be an added advantage.
- Prior working experience in the Pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
