About the Role

Currently, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and responsible Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Ikoyi and Marina areas of Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence, guiding team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure seamless service delivery in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced business environments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor customer interactions, resolve escalated issues promptly, and maintain a customer-first approach at all times.
- Coordinate staff schedules, manage task delegation, and maintain detailed operational logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices across all assigned shifts.
- Must be between 20 and 26 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Retail Attendant, Team Lead, or Supervisor within the fast food, hospitality, hotel, or fashion industry.
- Possession of an OND or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal proficiency.
- Prior experience with Red Cross or WAVE training is considered a strong added advantage.
- Must currently reside in or be able to conveniently commute daily to Ikoyi or Marina, Lagos.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦120,000.
