About the Role
CMD Medical & Health bridges the gap between medical professionals, institutions, and the patients who need them most. Through our digital healthcare platform, CallMyDoctor, we are expanding our telemedicine and pharmacy-partner network to make healthcare more accessible across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a qualified and driven Superintendent Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy regulatory oversight and support the development of our innovative electronic pharmaceutical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional pharmacy and regulatory oversight for our digital platform.
- Coordinate applicable Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) licensing and compliance requirements.
- Support the development, scaling, and management of electronic pharmacy operations.
- Identify, verify, and onboard licensed partner pharmacies into our growing network.
- Oversee safe prescription and medication-related workflows.
- Develop comprehensive pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Support regulatory inspections, quality audits, and essential pharmacy-related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to design and optimize pharmacy-related features and processes.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
- Fully registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a current and valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in retail or community pharmacy, regulatory affairs, e-pharmacy, or digital health is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
