About the Role
Castville Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the professional and operational activities of our partner pharmacy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide comprehensive, compassionate counselling to patients.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Nigerian pharmacy laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage medication inventory effectively, including routine stock monitoring, ordering, optimal storage, and expiry checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records, prescriptions, controlled-drug registers, and other necessary documentation.
- Supervise junior pharmacy staff, fostering proper professional conduct, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in Nigeria with a valid, current practising licence.
- Previous working experience in a retail pharmacy or clinical healthcare setting is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing, clinical care, inventory management, and healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, organisational, and customer-service skills.
- Must be highly responsible, reliable, and available to work the required operational schedule.
