Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English language and literature lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development and academic success.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess a minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A, or B.Sc in English Language, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary educational setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage students and adapt teaching methodologies to diverse learning styles.
- Passionate about child development, patience, and high ethical standards in education.
