We are currently looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert in Logistics and Supply Chain Management to join our academic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping modern curricula, designing engaging learning materials, and delivering exceptional educational content tailored to the next generation of supply chain leaders across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive course materials, modules, and curricula for Logistics and Supply Chain Management programs.
- Ensure high standards of academic quality assurance and alignment with current industry best practices.
- Leverage educational technology and artificial intelligence tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
- Create effective assessment strategies, including quizzes, assignments, and examinations, to measure student mastery.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia producers, and fellow academics to deliver seamless e-learning experiences.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree or higher is strongly preferred).
- Proven subject matter expertise with a deep and up-to-date understanding of global and African supply chain trends.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, digestible learning content.
- Prior teaching, lecturing, or instructional design experience within a tertiary or e-learning environment is a distinct advantage.
- Tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of AI tools and digital learning platforms.
