Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review high-quality curriculum content tailored for online and distance learning formats.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance standards across all assigned course materials and digital modules.
- Leverage advanced educational technologies and artificial intelligence tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to translate complex subject matter into immersive practical experiences.
- Continuously update course offerings based on industry trends, pedagogical research, and student feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated teaching experience within tertiary education or e-learning environments is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills combined with deep subject matter expertise.
- Strong understanding of modern curriculum development frameworks and digital learner engagement strategies.
- Tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of AI tools and contemporary education technology platforms.
