Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies, including diagnosis, strategic options formulation, and performance tracking.
- Conduct rigorous market, competitor, and financial analysis using advanced strategic frameworks and data-driven insights.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions under senior guidance.
- Assist in drafting winning proposals, capability statements, and business development materials for prospective clients.
- Integrate digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools to optimize operating models and client deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory.
- Demonstrated expertise in translating strategic priorities into actionable implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and governance structures.
