We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Strategy Assistant to join our Executive Office in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction, streamline operations, and drive key corporate initiatives across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic planning, comprehensive research, rigorous market analysis, and executive decision-making.
  • Prepare high-level executive presentations, comprehensive briefing notes, and detailed management reports.
  • Translate overarching leadership priorities into clear, actionable plans and actively track execution milestones.
  • Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives seamlessly across Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Corporate Functions.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dynamic performance dashboards, budgets, and critical business initiatives.
  • Support the Managing Partner with thorough meeting preparation, diligent follow-through, and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, execution gaps, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential corporate information with the highest level of professional discretion and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is a distinct advantage.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business management, or operations.
  • Demonstrated professional experience within the financial services sector is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical problem-solving, and end-to-end project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, tailored for C-suite interactions.
  • Strong executive presence, sound business judgment, high discretion, and advanced emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data modeling and presentation.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or corporate leadership teams is an advantage.
