About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy dedicated to elevating standards across Nigeria's leisure and hotel sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Storekeeper to join our dynamic team at Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. In this vital role, you will oversee all inventory operations, ensuring seamless stock flow and accountability to support our high-standard service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organised store facility applying FIFO and FEFO inventory methods.
- Issue authorized supplies to departments, maintaining accurate documentation and signatures.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with daily inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, overstocking, and wastage while flagging slow-moving items.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement and audit reports.
- Enforce strict store security protocols to eliminate theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or relevant certification in Stores Management, Purchasing, or Inventory Control.
- Proven working experience as a storekeeper, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
