About the Role
Tyonex Nigeria Limited, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company with a strong nationwide presence, is seeking a qualified and experienced Store Officer to join our dynamic operations in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting our mission to deliver quality health products.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods, raw materials, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain precise inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Issue stock and materials efficiently to authorized personnel while maintaining proper documentation.
- Conduct routine periodic stock counts and thorough inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and stacking of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor stock movement closely and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe store environment conducive to inventory preservation.
- Prepare comprehensive stock and inventory reports as required by management.
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar logistics role.
- Prior working experience within a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or the FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern computerized inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and meticulous record-keeping skills.
