About the Role
Sun King is the world's leading off-grid solar energy provider, powering millions of homes across Africa and Asia. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to join our dynamic team in Nasarawa Toto, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal store performance, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring top-tier customer service, and handling basic technical repairs to support our mission of providing reliable solar energy.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, track, and manage inventory from the warehouse, applying FIFO standards for all stock issuance and dispatch.
- Maintain and update stock cards, daily cycle counts, online Goods Received/Issued logs, and monthly stock takes.
- Handle spare parts inventory, re-orders, and consolidate faulty stock from the field for proper disposal.
- Prepare daily stock-on-hand reports and track items issued for replacement or replenishment.
- Conduct basic technical checks and repairs on in-warranty returns while maintaining repair tool custody.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store floor arranged by SKU, alongside a tidy workbench.
- Welcome walk-in customers, verify warranty eligibility, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve queries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related role.
- Strong computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
- High levels of integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Prior knowledge of Sun King products and local territory knowledge in Nasarawa will be a strong added advantage.
