About the Role
Nepal Energy, a leading name in the importation, warehousing, and distribution of petroleum products in Nigeria, is seeking a results-driven and proactive Station Supervisor for our retail outlet located in New Road, Sapele, Delta State. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining operational excellence, delivering superior customer satisfaction, and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards while supporting the Station Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily station activities, ensuring timely opening and closing according to established company procedures.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of Pump Attendants, Cashiers, and other shift personnel.
- Monitor fuel stock levels, oversee daily inventory counts, and assist with accurate stock reconciliation.
- Drive sales targets, handle customer inquiries promptly, and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Enforce rigorous Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) compliance and conduct routine safety inspections.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
- Assume full leadership responsibilities and manage station operations in the absence of the Station Manager.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience within the downstream oil and gas or retail petroleum sector.
- Strong working knowledge of fuel dispensing equipment, POS terminals, and retail inventory management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and enforce safety protocols.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Sapele, Delta State.
