About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a visionary and results-driven State Operations Manager to spearhead the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative launched to revolutionize regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. Officially unveiled to cut commuting costs and modernize the local economy, this initiative offers a unique opportunity to lead large-scale operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable mobility solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering economic development within Adamawa State.
Key Responsibilities- Lead state-wide operational execution, coordinating branch and local transport operations to meet strategic organizational goals.
- Monitor daily service delivery, resolve bottlenecks, and establish rigorous operational standards across all assigned locations.
- Manage performance and mentor local teams, ensuring total alignment with ATRaS policies and P-GAT corporate governance.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce commuting costs, and optimize green logistics.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and collaborate with executive leadership for strategic resource allocation.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Operations Management, Business Administration, Transport/Logistics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in operations, mobility, transport, logistics, or comparable service delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record in performance management, process improvement, and data-driven reporting.
- Ability to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and actively participate in essential field activities.
