Landmark Africa is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Sponsorship & Adverts Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship and advertising strategies to maximize revenue generation for Landmark Africa Group events, properties, and platforms.
- Identify, pitch, and secure high-value corporate sponsors and advertising partners across diverse industries.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and exceptional delivery of agreed sponsorship benefits.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and real estate teams to create compelling sponsorship packages and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging advertising trends, competitor activities, and potential new revenue streams.
- Prepare regular reports on sponsorship sales performance, pipeline growth, and ROI metrics for management review.
- Applicants must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with a strong understanding of the local media, advertising, and corporate sponsorship landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value sponsorship or advertising deals.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or event management sector will be an added advantage.
