Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication plans and campaigns.
- Draft internal announcements, executive communications, newsletters, and corporate content.
- Support leadership communication and executive messaging to align with institutional goals.
- Manage internal communication channels and maintain corporate communication calendars.
- Develop communication materials for organizational initiatives, events, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate corporate announcements and stakeholder communications while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support crisis and sensitive communications to protect and enhance the university's reputation.
- Monitor communication effectiveness, stakeholder sentiment, and maintain content repositories.
- Collaborate closely with media, creative, and marketing teams to amplify organizational messaging.
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in corporate communications or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience with internal communications and executive messaging.
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and reputation management.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and content management systems.
