Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the specific subject area and students' learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to design and implement innovative curriculum enhancements.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavioral development, and overall progress.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community events.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc/B.A with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or relevant academic qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or secondary school setting.
- Deep subject matter expertise and a strong passion for innovative educational methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- High standards of integrity, patience, and a commitment to nurturing holistic student development.
- Valid TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification is an added advantage.
