Key Responsibilities- Provide professional massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and relaxation massages.
- Perform specialized facial treatments, body scrubs, body wraps, and Hammam therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual preferences, health considerations, and specific needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation across all treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, massage treatments, and spa packages to clients.
- Manage daily appointments efficiently while ensuring a peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere.
- Monitor spa inventory levels and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Proven professional experience working as a Spa Therapist or in a similar wellness role.
- Relevant certifications in massage therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation protocols in a spa environment.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
