Key Responsibilities- Perform professional spa treatments including facials, body massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend suitable skincare and wellness treatments tailored to individual needs.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times.
- Educate clients on proper treatment procedures and home-care regimens.
- Monitor treatment products and report low stock levels to management promptly.
- Participate in approved photo and video content creation for the company's social media platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strict professionalism and client confidentiality.
- Minimum of an OND in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field with relevant professional certifications as an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of verifiable professional experience working as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
- Strong working knowledge of various facial and body treatments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Professional appearance with exceptionally high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Demonstrated customer service and basic product sales abilities.
